My greatest reward as a therapist is helping my clients explore ways to make the changes in their lives that will allow them to look forward to the future. I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will really listen and accept us as we are, without judgment. We all need someone to give us that extra push to explore new perspectives. I provide my clients with that warm, nonjudgmental environment—a safe place to explore the issues being faced. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The University of Central Oklahoma. I am proud to provide Oklahoma City with psychological counseling services that tailor fit each individuals need. I use different approaches with my clients based on their needs. My experience includes working with all ages, substance abuse, coping skill building, marital problems, children/ parenting, incarceration and various disorders. With my education and experience combined I feel adequately qualified to address many issues individuals face.
